How to use

Use the mechanical pencil to draw initial construction lines and measurements, then trace final lines with the appropriate technical pen size for the required line weight. Hold the pens at a steady angle and move the sheet rather than the tip for longer straight lines when possible. Cap the pens after use to prevent ink drying and store them horizontally if recommended by the manufacturer for extended periods.

Recommendations

Choose the 0.2 mm pen for very fine details and lettering, 0.3 mm for medium line work and hatching, and 0.5 mm for outlines and bolder lines. Allow ink to dry before erasing pencil guidelines and test on scrap paper to confirm line weight and drying time for the specific paper you use.
