Advantages

These steel cable ties combine mechanical strength with resistance to high temperatures and corrosive environments. The black finish offers a discreet appearance while the self-locking ball mechanism ensures secure fastening without additional components. Their compact dimensions make them suitable for organizing cables in constrained spaces.

Suitable for

• Bundling individual electrical cables and wires
• Securing small tubing and hoses
• Cable management in industrial or outdoor environments
• Applications requiring high tensile strength and corrosion resistance

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the self-locking ball head and tighten it around the cables, wires or tubing until the required fit is achieved. For consistent tension and a clean finish, use a compatible stainless steel cable tie installation tool to cut off the excess tail and apply the desired tension. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to insulated cables or soft tubing.

Recommendations

For outdoor or corrosive environments, verify compatibility with the expected chemicals and temperatures. Use a dedicated stainless steel installation tool when uniform tension and trimmed ends are required. Store ties in a dry place to maintain surface finish.
