How to use

Mark the center point of the hole and secure the workpiece to prevent movement. Attach the hole saw to a compatible drill arbor and check the connection is tight. Start drilling at low speed to establish the pilot and maintain steady pressure, then increase speed within the drill’s recommended range for the material. Withdraw the saw periodically to clear chips and prevent overheating. After cutting, deburr the edge of the hole as needed.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves. Select a drill with sufficient power and a proper arbor size. For harder materials or prolonged cutting, apply light cooling or take breaks to avoid overheating. Ensure the workpiece is clamped securely to reduce vibration and improve cut accuracy.
