Rail de rack Rittal 5302.021

The Rittal 5302.021 rack rail is a galvanized steel mounting rail with a stainless steel finish designed for secure equipment installation in server and network racks. Supplied in packs of four, the rails provide stable support for mounted devices and accessories. With a useful width and a maximum mounting depth of 80 cm, these rails are suitable for creating robust internal mounting structures inside enclosure frames where corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are required.

Advantages

Galvanized steel construction with a stainless steel finish ensures durability and protection against corrosion in typical IT and industrial environments. The rails are manufactured to provide consistent dimensional accuracy for reliable equipment alignment and mounting. Packaged as a set of four, they simplify installation by providing all required rail elements in one delivery. The available mounting depth accommodates a wide range of rack-mounted equipment while maintaining load-bearing capacity and stability.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the rack rails inside the enclosure according to the cabinet manufacturer's instructions and the rack unit spacing required by the mounted equipment. Align each rail pair at the same depth and height on opposing sides of the enclosure, secure them with compatible fasteners, and verify horizontal and vertical alignment before mounting devices. Ensure the mounting points and fasteners used are rated for the intended load and that clearance for cabling and ventilation is maintained.

Recommendations

Use appropriate rack screws and cage nuts compatible with your enclosure. Inspect mounting surfaces for rust or damage before installation and avoid overloading the rails beyond the enclosure's specified load ratings. For installations in corrosive or high-humidity environments, ensure additional protective measures or regular maintenance checks are performed.
