Pictogramme Durable 173003

Pictogram Durable 173003 is a self-adhesive floor safety marking designed to identify dangerous areas, storage zones, and walkways in industrial and commercial indoor environments. Manufactured for durability and long-term legibility, this registered safety marking carries the "Entry prohibited, D-P006" pictogram according to DIN 4844-2 and is suitable for use in warehouses, distribution centres, production plants and similar premises.

Advantages

The Durable 173003 pictogram features abrasion-resistant, hard-wearing material with a slip resistance rating of R9 according to DIN 51130. Its round format (Ø 430 mm) and 0.4 mm thickness provide a stable, low-profile floor application that resists wear under pedestrian traffic while maintaining clear visual communication. The self-adhesive backing allows straightforward indoor installation on suitable clean, dry floor surfaces.

Suitable for

• Marking hazardous zones and no-entry areas in warehouses
• Identifying restricted storage spaces and access points
• Floor signage in distribution centres and production plants
• Indoor pedestrian walkways where clear prohibition signage is required

How to use

Ensure the floor surface is clean, dry and free of dust, oil or loose particles before application. Peel off the backing and position the pictogram carefully on the chosen spot; apply firm pressure from the centre outward to achieve full adhesion and remove any air pockets. Allow any adhesive to set according to ambient conditions before subjecting the area to heavy traffic. Use on level, solid indoor floor substrates compatible with self-adhesive vinyl-type materials.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, apply at temperatures recommended for adhesive floor materials (typically above 10°C), avoid exposure to water jets, and inspect periodically for wear. Replace the pictogram if abrasion reduces the visibility of the symbol or if edges lift.
