Gomme Staedtler 525 B blanche

The Staedtler 525 B White eraser is a precision tool for removing pencil marks cleanly from paper. Measuring approximately 65 mm wide, 23 mm deep and 13 mm high, its compact rectangular shape is designed to fit comfortably in the hand and to allow accurate erasing along lines and small details. The material removes graphite without smudging or tearing the sheet, offering consistent performance for drawing, sketching and everyday note correction.

Advantages

The eraser delivers accurate, residue-minimised removal of pencil marks and leaves paper surfaces intact. Its compact size and firm composition enable controlled erasing for fine details while remaining durable during repeated use. The white formulation helps to avoid transfer of colour and visible traces on most paper types, supporting clean results for technical drawings, schoolwork and artistic sketches.

Suitable for

• Artists working with graphite sketches and preliminary drawings
• Students correcting homework and written notes
• Professionals preparing technical drawings and drafts
• Everyday use in office or home for quick pencil corrections

Key specifications

• Colour: white
• Shape: rectangular block
• Approximate dimensions: 65 mm × 23 mm × 13 mm
• Material type: non-abrasive erasing compound formulated for graphite
• Intended use: graphite/pencil mark removal without tearing or smudging

How to use

Hold the eraser between fingers and thumb so that the flat edge aligns with the area to be corrected. Apply gentle, even pressure and rub in short controlled strokes until the pencil mark is removed. For fine detail work use the corner or edge; for larger areas use the flat face. After use, brush away eraser particles from the paper to avoid re-smudging the surface.

Recommendations

For best results, test on a corner of the paper first to confirm compatibility. Replace the eraser when the edges become rounded or the material no longer cleans effectively. Store in a dry place away from heat to maintain consistency and avoid deformation.
