EUROLITE Disque diffuseur pour IP PAR-12, angle de diffusion 40°

The EUROLITE Diffuser Disc for IP PAR-12, 40° beam angle is an accessory designed to fit EUROLITE IP PAR-12 housings and alter the fixture's light distribution. It softens the output and broadens the beam to reduce harsh hotspots and create a more even field of illumination. The diffuser disc is intended for use in stage, event and architectural lighting situations where controlled, softened light is required and is compatible with fixtures specified as IP PAR-12 with a 40° native beam.

Advantages

The diffuser disc delivers a gentler light transition and a wider spread without changing the fixture's color characteristics. It is easy to mount and remove, enabling quick adaptation of lighting setups during installations or rentals. Designed to integrate with the PAR-12 housing, the accessory helps minimize specular highlights and produces a more uniform wash across surfaces while maintaining the fixture's overall output and durability expected from EUROLITE products.

How to use

Align the diffuser disc with the front opening of the EUROLITE IP PAR-12 housing and press into place until it seats securely according to the fixture’s mounting features. Verify that the disc is centered and stable before powering the fixture. The disc can remain in place during normal operation; remove it by reversing the mounting steps when the original beam profile is required. Follow the fixture manufacturer's safety and installation instructions when attaching or removing accessories.

Recommendations

For best results, use the diffuser disc with fixtures that natively have a 40° beam angle; combining it with different optics may alter the intended effect. Inspect the disc regularly for scratches or dirt and clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners and high-temperature exposure to preserve optical qualities.
