Ensemble de forets à pointer Bosch 2607019923

Bosch 2607019923 is a 7-piece HSS brad point drill bit set designed for precise drilling in wood and other soft materials. Each bit features a brad point tip for accurate positioning and clean entry, and a hex shank for secure fastening in chucks and quick-change tool holders. The set is supplied in a compact, rigid box for convenient storage and transport (package dimensions: depth 23 mm, width 107 mm, height 156.5 mm).

Advantages

The brad point geometry gives precise centring and reduces walking on the workpiece, producing clean holes with minimal tear-out. High-speed steel construction ensures durability and consistent cutting performance in wood and similar materials. Hex shanks improve bit retention in chucks and compatibility with quick-change adapters, while the sturdy storage case keeps the set organised and protected during transport.

Suitable for

• Drilling precise holes in solid wood and plywood
• Furniture making and detailed carpentry work
• Joinery, dowel and hinge hole preparation
• Use with cordless and corded drills that accept hex shank bits

How to use

Select the appropriate diameter bit for the required hole. Insert the hex shank securely into the drill chuck or quick-change adapter. Position the brad point tip on the marked drilling point to ensure accurate centring, then drill at a steady speed suitable for the wood type. Withdraw the bit periodically for deep holes to clear chips and prevent clogging. After use, return the bits to the case to protect tips and maintain organisation.

Recommendations

Use cutting speeds and feed pressure appropriate for the wood species; reduce speed for hardwoods and increase for softwoods. For the cleanest edge finish, support the workpiece on a sacrificial backing board when drilling through thin materials.
