Intercalaire Oxford 100204822

The Elba Divider Oxford 100204822 is a durable document divider made from polypropylene (PP). Designed in a multicolour finish, this A4XL divider measures 245 mm in width and 300 mm in height, providing extended coverage for documents that need extra protection. Manufactured in Germany, the divider combines practical dimensions with a resilient material suitable for frequent handling and file storage.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers resistance to tearing, moisture and regular wear, keeping document edges protected over time. The multicolour design helps visually separate sections within files and folders, improving document retrieval speed. Its A4XL format provides additional height compared with standard A4, reducing the risk of paper protrusion and allowing for neat filing in larger binders or expanding folders.

Suitable for

• Organising documents in A4XL binders and lever-arch folders
• Separating reports, presentations and project files by colour
• Use in offices, schools and home filing systems
• Protecting frequently handled paperwork from edge damage

Key specifications

• Format: A4XL
• Width: 245 mm

How to use

Slide the divider into your A4XL-compatible binder or folder so that the longer edge aligns with the binder spine. Use the coloured sections to assign categories or subjects, and place documents behind the divider to keep each section distinct. For folders without prepunched holes, the divider can be used as a standalone separator or combined with punched reinforcements if needed.

Recommendations

Store dividers flat or upright in dry conditions to avoid bending. For frequent transport, place documents and dividers within a protective cover or reinforced folder to reduce wear. Match colours to a filing system to improve retrieval efficiency.

Ieguvumi
