Ciseaux d'électricien Cimco 120130

The Electrician's Scissors Cimco 120130 are compact cutting tools designed for precise tasks in electrical work. They feature a durable stainless steel blade with a cutting length of 4.7 cm and an overall length of 140 mm. The ergonomic plastic handle in black and red provides a secure grip and controlled cutting action, suitable for working with wires, insulation and small components where accuracy matters.

Advantages

These electrician's scissors combine corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades with an ergonomic handle profile to reduce hand fatigue during repeated use. The short blade length gives improved control for precision cuts, while the plastic handle offers slip resistance and visual contrast for easy identification in a tool bag. The compact overall size makes them convenient for on-site tasks and storage in small tool compartments.

Suitable for

• Cutting electrical wires and small conductors
• Stripping insulation and trimming cable sheaths
• Precision trimming of cable ties and small parts
• Use in service, installation and maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Blade material: stainless steel
• Cutting (blade) length: 4.7 cm
• Total length: 140 mm
• Handle material: ergonomic plastic
• Handle color: black and red
• Tool type: electrician's scissors for precise cutting

How to use

Hold the scissors by the ergonomic handles and position the short stainless steel blade at the intended cut point. Use controlled, steady pressure to cut wires, insulation or small components; for thicker materials, make several small cuts rather than forcing the blades. Keep blades aligned and avoid twisting motions to maintain cutting precision. After use, wipe the blades clean and store the scissors in a dry place or tool pouch to prevent corrosion and preserve edge sharpness.

Recommendations

For safe operation, wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and insulating gloves when working on live or potentially live circuits; always de-energize circuits before cutting conductors. Regularly inspect the blade edge and handle for damage and sharpen or replace the scissors when cutting performance declines.
