How to use

Connect the Easy Disconnect plug from your Sennheiser headset to the corresponding connector on the USB-ED 01 cable. Plug the USB-A connector into an available USB port on your PC. The device should be recognised automatically by the operating system; open your softphone or audio settings to select the USB audio device if necessary. Adjust volume and microphone settings in the application or system audio control for optimal call quality.

Recommendations

For uninterrupted audio and microphone performance, use a direct USB port on the PC rather than an unpowered hub. Keep the cable routed to avoid strain on connectors and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or liquids.
