Bloc multiprise Bachmann 5x Schuko 2 m

The Bachmann Power Extension Cable 5x Schuko 2m is a compact power distribution unit designed for installation in IT racks and for general use in homes and offices. Housed in a high-quality aluminium profile and measuring 1 U in height, 44 mm in depth and 19" in width, it provides five Type F (Schuko) outlets and a 2.0 m H05VV-F 3G 1.50 mm² cable with a right-angle plug with earthing contact and an integrated switch. The robust construction and precise contacts are intended to ensure reliable electrical connections.

Advantages

Compact 1 U dimensions allow easy integration into standard 19" racks while remaining suitable for free-standing use. The aluminium profile offers mechanical stability and improved heat dissipation. Five Schuko outlets increase the number of available sockets without the need for additional adapters. The included 2 m cable with earthing and a switch provides convenient on/off control and secure grounding.

Suitable for

• Powering multiple IT devices in a 19" rack (servers, switches, NAS)
• Extending mains power at workstations and office desks
• Home electronics and entertainment systems requiring several outlets

Distribute devices among the five Schuko outlets according to power requirements and avoid overloading the unit beyond the rated capacity of the upstream circuit.

Recommendations

Install the PDU in a dry, well-ventilated environment and ensure the total current draw does not exceed the capacity of the connected circuit. For rack installations, secure the unit with the mounting brackets and check that plugs and cables have sufficient strain relief to prevent damage.
