Antenne omnidirectionnelle DeLOCK 88985

The DeLOCK 88985 omni-directional antenna is designed for Wi‑Fi devices with an RP‑SMA interface. It operates across the 2.4–2.5 GHz and 4.9–5.875 GHz frequency bands and supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/h standards. The antenna provides up to 3 dBi gain, a VSWR of 2.5:1 and a compact form factor (77 mm height, 45 mm diameter), making it suitable for extending or stabilising wireless signals on routers, access points and client devices.

Advantages

The antenna’s omni‑directional pattern offers uniform coverage around the mounting point, while the 3 dBi gain balances range and signal distribution for typical indoor and small‑office environments. The RP‑SMA connector ensures compatibility with many consumer and professional wireless products. Available in white and black finishes, the compact size allows flexible placement without occupying much space.

How to use

Screw the antenna onto the RP‑SMA connector of your router, access point or wireless adapter until it is firmly seated; do not overtighten. Position the antenna vertically for general omni‑directional coverage. For best results, place the device in an elevated, central location away from large metal objects and other sources of interference. Verify wireless performance after installation and adjust placement as needed.

Recommendations

Use this antenna indoors or in sheltered outdoor locations only. To optimise coverage, combine with central placement of the host device and avoid obstacles that block radio signals. For regulatory compliance, ensure operation within permitted frequency bands and power limits in your region.
