Adaptateur M.2 interne DeLOCK 62654

The DeLOCK 62654 internal M.2 adapter allows installation of M.2 NGFF modules in 2242, 2230, 3042 or 3030 form factors into a system via a Mini PCIe slot. With a width of 30 mm and a depth of 54 mm, the adapter integrates standard M.2 modules into devices that provide a Mini PCI Express interface.

Advantages

The adapter supports multiple M.2 module lengths (2242, 2230, 3042, 3030) and installs through a Mini PCIe host interface, enabling use of M.2 devices in systems with Mini PCI Express slots. A predetermined breaking point allows shortening the adapter from full size to half size to fit different mounting layouts. The compact dimensions (30 mm x 54 mm) make it suitable for space-limited installations.

Suitable for

• Integrating M.2 NGFF SSDs or modules into systems with a Mini PCI Express slot
• Upgrading embedded systems or industrial boards that lack native M.2 sockets
• Prototyping or testing M.2 modules on Mini PCIe host platforms

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 62654
• EAN: 4043619626540
• Host interface: Mini PCI Express
• Output interface: M.2 (NGFF)
• Supported M.2 module sizes: 2242, 2230, 3042, 3030
• Internal: Yes
• Dimensions: 30 mm (W) x 54 mm (D)

How to use

Insert the M.2 module into the adapter's M.2 slot and secure it at the appropriate standoff for the chosen module length. Install the adapter into an available Mini PCIe slot on the host board and fasten it according to the host platform's mounting method. If a shorter adapter length is required, carefully break at the predetermined breaking point before installation. Ensure the system is powered off during installation and that the module is compatible with the host interface.

Recommendations

Handle the M.2 module and adapter on an ESD-safe surface, power off the host system before installation, and verify mechanical clearance for the chosen adapter length. Confirm compatibility of the M.2 module type with the host system to avoid functional issues.
