Pâte thermique Alphacool 13008 grise 1 g 2,7 g/cm³

Alphacool 13008 Grey thermal grease is a compact 1 g paste formulated to improve heat transfer between contact surfaces in cooling assemblies. With a specific gravity of 2.7 g/cm³, this grey thermal compound is intended for use where reliable thermal conductivity and a thin application layer are required. The product is supplied in a small package for precise application to CPUs, GPUs, or other heat-generating components where minimal gap filling and efficient heat flow are priorities.

Advantages

The thermal grease offers high thermal conductivity characteristics associated with its grey formulation and relatively high specific gravity, enabling improved contact between mating surfaces and reducing thermal resistance. Its small 1 g package allows controlled application and minimal waste when working on single components or tight assemblies. The paste consistency supports thin, even layers that maintain stable contact under typical operating temperatures.

Key specifications

• Form: thermal paste
• Color: grey
• Net weight: 1 g
• Specific gravity: 2.7 g/cm³
• Designed for thin-layer application

How to use

Clean both contact surfaces thoroughly to remove old thermal compound, dust, and oils. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of the thermal grease to the center of the heat source and spread evenly if required by the mounting method, or allow the cooler pressure to spread the paste into a thin layer when the heatsink is installed. Reassemble the cooler using the manufacturer-recommended mounting sequence and torque values where applicable. Avoid overapplication, which can reduce thermal transfer effectiveness and complicate cleaning during later maintenance.

Recommendations

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best thermal performance, inspect and replace the thermal grease when removing or replacing a heatsink, or if thermal monitoring indicates elevated temperatures. Use appropriate cleaning solvents (isopropyl alcohol) and lint-free cloths when removing the compound.
