How to use

Seal one end with your Severin ZB 3616 vacuum sealer according to the sealer’s instructions, place food inside the open end, then run the sealer to remove air and create the final airtight seal. For sous-vide cooking, ensure the bag is properly sealed and free of leaks before placing it in the water bath.

Recommendations

Use clean, dry food and avoid overfilling bags. For optimal results with sous-vide cooking, leave enough headspace for water circulation and check seals for integrity before cooking or freezing.
