The Omnitronic BX-1850 Black 600 W is a powered subwoofer engineered for accurate low-frequency reproduction. With an RMS output of 600 W and peak capability up to 1200 W, it covers a frequency range from 15 to 300 Hz to deliver deep, controlled bass. The cabinet dimensions (54.5 cm width, 45.5 cm depth, 67.5 cm height) make it suitable for integration into home audio systems, DJ rigs or small professional installations.

Advantages

This subwoofer offers a high continuous power rating for steady bass performance and a higher peak envelope for transient impact. Its extended low-frequency response down to 15 Hz makes it capable of reproducing sub-bass content with clarity. The compact but robust cabinet is designed to reduce unwanted resonance while remaining portable enough for mobile setups. Controls and connectivity are arranged to suit common audio configurations.

How to use

Place the subwoofer on a stable surface or on dedicated stands at a position that balances room modes and integrates with the main speakers. Connect line-level or speaker-level inputs from your mixer, amplifier, or AV receiver following the manufacturer’s recommended wiring scheme. Adjust crossover, level and phase controls (if present) to match the main speakers, starting with conservative gain and increasing until the bass blends without dominating. Allow for a short warm-up period to reach optimal performance during extended sessions.

Recommendations

For best results, position the Omnitronic BX-1850 away from corner-boundary reflections if you notice boomy bass; use room measurements or listening tests to find the optimal placement. Match crossover settings with your main speakers’ low-frequency cutoff and avoid excessive input gain to prevent clipping or distortion.
