Filtre à poussière Rittal SK 3286.400

The Rittal SK 3286.400 dust filter provides reliable particulate filtration for cabinets and enclosures where maintaining clean airflow is important. With compact dimensions of 344 mm width, 10 mm depth, and 268 mm height and a lightweight construction of approximately 80 g, this filter is intended for applications that require a slim, low-profile air intake or exhaust filter. Its design captures dust particles to reduce contamination, support equipment longevity, and help maintain consistent airflow performance.

Advantages

The dust filter offers a slim form factor that allows installation in narrow ventilation slots and limited-space locations. Its lightweight build reduces strain on mounting fixtures and enables quick handling during replacement. The filter media is designed to trap common airborne dust, preventing buildup inside electrical and electronic enclosures and contributing to more stable operating conditions for internal components.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the filter into the ventilation slot or frame of the cabinet so that the filter media faces the incoming air. Ensure the element is seated evenly to avoid gaps where unfiltered air could bypass the filter. For secure installation, follow the enclosure manufacturer's instructions for filter insertion or retention. Replace the filter at intervals determined by environmental dust levels and maintenance schedules to maintain optimal airflow and filtration performance.

Recommendations

Inspect the filter periodically and replace it when visible dust accumulation increases airflow resistance. In dusty environments, check more frequently and keep spare filters available to minimize downtime during maintenance. Avoid washing disposable filter media; replace with a new unit to preserve filtration effectiveness.
