How to use

Insert A4 documents into the top or side opening of the protector depending on binder orientation and then align the punched edge with the rings of your binder. Place the reinforced edge onto the binder rings to reduce stress on the punched holes. Avoid overfilling a single protector—recommended maximum is around 20 sheets—to maintain flat presentation and prevent stretching of the punched edge.

Recommendations

Store protectors flat in their original pack until use to prevent warping. For long-term archiving, keep documents away from direct sunlight and high heat to avoid gradual yellowing or deformation. Clean protectors with a soft, dry cloth; avoid strong solvents.
