Vis et écrous ShiverPeaks BS08-01027

The ShiverPeaks BS08-01027 set contains four M6 metal bolts and matching nuts designed for secure fastening of metal components. Manufactured from durable metal, the fasteners provide a stable connection for a variety of assembly and repair tasks where an M6 threaded solution is required. The compact set is suitable for on-site repairs and workshop use, offering straightforward compatibility with standard M6 threaded holes and fixtures.

Advantages

These M6 bolts and nuts offer consistent thread engagement and a robust clamping force for metal-to-metal joints. Their metal construction ensures resistance to deformation under typical mechanical loads, and the precision of the threads supports reliable torque application during installation. The small set size allows for easy storage and transport while providing sufficient parts for multiple small repairs or assemblies.

Suitable for

• Fastening metal plates, brackets and fittings
• Repairing machinery covers, guards and panels
• Assembling fixtures, frames and supports with M6 threads
• Workshop maintenance and on-site repair jobs

Key specifications

• Bolt diameter: M6
• Set quantity: 4 bolts and 4 nuts
• Material: metal (steel or similar metal alloy)
• Thread type: metric standard M6
• Intended use: mechanical fastening of metal components

How to use

Select the appropriate bolt length and confirm thread compatibility with the receiving part. Insert each M6 bolt through aligned holes in the parts to be joined, then thread the nut onto the bolt by hand until it is finger-tight. Use a suitable wrench or socket to apply the final torque, taking care not to exceed the recommended torque for the materials involved to prevent thread stripping or deformation. For repeated use, inspect threads for wear and replace components when threads become damaged.

Recommendations

For secure and long-lasting joints, tighten nuts to the torque values recommended for M6 fasteners in the material you are working with and, where necessary, use washers or thread-locking products to prevent loosening under vibration. Store the set in a dry place to reduce corrosion risk.
