Robot aspirateur TP-Link Tapo RV30 Max Plus

The TP-Link Tapo RV30 Max Plus is a smart robot vacuum cleaner that combines LiDAR and IMU navigation for accurate mapping and systematic cleaning. With an integrated mopping function and 2.4 GHz connectivity, this white cleaning robot is designed to maintain floors with minimal user intervention. Its slim profile and obstacle-aware movement allow it to work around furniture and in tighter spaces while delivering consistent suction and mop coverage across hard floors and low-pile carpets.

Advantages

The device uses LiDAR and inertial measurement to create precise room maps and plan efficient cleaning paths, reducing repeated passes and missed areas. Combined vacuum and mop capabilities let the unit handle dust, debris, and light stains in a single run. Built to connect over a 2.4 GHz network, it supports remote control and scheduling through a mobile app. Its compact, low-profile design improves access under sofas and cabinets, and sensors help it avoid collisions and drops.

Suitable for

• Routine floor cleaning of apartments and houses with hard floors and low-pile carpets
• Homes with furniture layouts that require precise navigation around obstacles
• Busy households that benefit from scheduled or remote-controlled cleaning
• Mixed cleaning needs combining vacuuming and light mopping in a single device

Key specifications

• Navigation: LiDAR sensor combined with IMU for mapping and path planning
• Cleaning modes: Vacuuming plus mopping function
• Wireless connectivity: 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi for app control and scheduling
• Design: Low-profile white chassis for access under furniture
• Sensors: Obstacle detection and cliff sensors for drop prevention

How to use

Place the charging base against a wall on a level surface and ensure the area is clear of loose cables and small objects. Install the Tapo mobile app on a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network, follow the in-app pairing process to connect the robot, and run an initial mapping cycle so the unit can learn the layout. Set cleaning schedules, select cleaning modes (vacuum, mop, or combined), and define no-go zones via the app if supported. Regularly empty the dustbin, refill or clean the mop attachment, and check brushes and sensors for debris to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For best results, remove fragile items and small obstacles from floors before cleaning, vacuum high-traffic areas more frequently, and perform periodic maintenance such as filter replacement and brush cleaning to preserve suction and navigation accuracy.
