How to use

Preheat the oven to the temperature required by your recipe and place the mini tray on a stable oven rack or baking sheet for easier handling. Prepare ingredients and fill the tray up to the recommended level for the recipe, taking into account the 250 ml capacity. Bake according to the recipe’s time and temperature, checking for doneness toward the end of the suggested time. Use oven mitts when removing the tray, and allow it to cool slightly before serving or washing.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the tray and maintain an even finish, avoid abrupt temperature shocks such as placing a hot tray directly into cold water. For easier cleaning, let residues soak briefly at warm temperatures and use non-abrasive cleaners or sponges. When stacking for storage, place a soft liner between trays to prevent surface scratches.
