Câble fibre optique InfiniBand PATCHBOX PONE30OM412 1,8 m LC vers SC OM4

In high-density data centers and enterprise network racks, managing fiber optic connections without excess slack is a constant challenge. The PATCHBOX PONE30OM412 solves this with a retractable 1.8-meter OM4 multimode fiber cable, terminated with LC and SC connectors. It integrates seamlessly into the patchbox.one cable management system, covering up to 30 rack units while keeping every connection clean and accessible.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM4 multimode, bend-insensitive Corning® ClearCurve®
• Connectors: LC to SC, duplex
• Length: 1.8 meters retractable
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), aqua
• Core/cladding diameter: 50/125 µm
• Max data rate: 100 Gbps (InfiniBand EDR)
• Insertion loss: < 0.3 dB per connector pair
• Return loss: > 30 dB
• Operating temperature: -20°C to 70°C
• Standards: TIA/EIA-568-C.3, ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173

Why choose it

Bend-insensitive fiber allows tight routing without signal degradation, while the retractable design eliminates cable slack and reduces tangles. The LSZH jacket ensures low smoke and toxicity in case of fire, making it suitable for enclosed spaces. Backed by a 10-year warranty, it meets strict ISO/IEC 11801-1:2017 standards for reliable performance.

Ideal use cases

• Data center patching between switches and patch panels
• High-speed InfiniBand networking in HPC clusters
• Enterprise network racks requiring organized fiber management
• Environments where bend radius and space are limited

Good to know

The cable is part of the patchbox.one system, designed for rapid deployment and maintenance. It supports LC-LC and LC-SC configurations, offering flexibility for various fiber applications. Attenuation is max 2.3 dB/km at 850 nm and 0.6 dB/km at 1300 nm, with an effective modal bandwidth of 4700 MHz·km.
