Panneau de brassage 1U Lanberg PPKS-1224-B

The Lanberg PPKS-1224-B is a 1U blank staggered patch panel designed to accept keystone modules for network and audio/video/data connections. Constructed from metal and plastic with a black finish, the panel measures 482.6 mm in width, 44.5 mm in height and 100 mm in depth, and supports up to 24 keystone ports for organized cable management in server racks and networking cabinets.

Advantages

The staggered layout of keystone openings simplifies installation and allows mixed use of RJ-45, RJ-11, RJ-12 and various audio/video keystones such as HDMI, USB, F and BNC. Its 1U size fits standard 19-inch racks, and the durable metal and plastic construction provides stable support for installed modules while keeping the overall weight low (0.6 kg).

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in data centers and server rooms
• Office network patching and consolidation
• AV installations requiring mixed keystone modules
• Telephony and low-voltage distribution panels

How to use

Install the patch panel into a standard 19-inch rack occupying one rack unit (1U). Fit the required keystone modules into the staggered openings — network jacks (RJ-45, RJ-11, RJ-12) or AV/data keystones (HDMI, USB, F, BNC) — following the manufacturer's module insertion guidance. Route and terminate cables behind the panel, secure them as needed, and label ports for easier identification.

Recommendations

For optimal organisation and performance, use compatible Lanberg keystone modules and maintain proper cable bend radii. Avoid overloading the panel with heavy adapters; ensure modules are firmly seated and labelled for maintenance.
