Antenne extérieure Megasat T4

The Megasat T4 outdoor antenna is an omni-directional television antenna designed for reliable reception in a compact form. With a stated gain of 33 dB, the antenna receives terrestrial TV signals from all directions without the need for manual alignment. The housing is compact — 120 mm in height and 28 cm in diameter — and the unit weighs approximately 244 g. The antenna accepts multiple power options including AC, DC and USB, and is supplied with a coaxial cable for straightforward connection to a TV or set-top box.

Advantages

The omni-directional design provides continuous reception across a wide arc without repositioning, while the 33 dB gain improves signal strength in marginal reception areas. Its small footprint and light weight make it suitable for limited mounting space and easier handling during installation. Multiple power options (AC, DC, USB) increase flexibility for use in different environments, and the included coaxial cable simplifies the setup process.

How to use

Mount the Megasat T4 in a suitable outdoor position with a clear line of sight where possible; omni-directional reception reduces the need for precise orientation. Connect the supplied coaxial cable to the antenna and to the RF input of the television or set-top box. Select the appropriate power source (AC adapter, DC supply or USB power) and connect it according to the device instructions. Perform a channel scan on the TV or receiver to detect available terrestrial channels and adjust the mounting location if necessary to optimize signal strength.

Recommendations

Install the antenna at a height and location that minimize obstructions (trees, buildings) and keep cable runs short to reduce signal loss. Use weatherproof connectors and mounting hardware appropriate for outdoor exposure. If reception is marginal, try alternative mounting positions or add an in-line amplifier rated for outdoor use; ensure the chosen power option provides stable supply compatible with the antenna’s requirements.
