Câble patch MPO-4xLC Multimode OM4 BlueOptics HE67908QPH-KB002M 2 mètres

The BlueOptics HE67908QPH-KB002M is a 2-meter MPO-4xLC multimode OM4 patch cable designed for high-density and high-speed network environments. This cable converts an MPO connector to four LC duplex connections and is intended for short-reach multimode links in data centers and enterprise networks. Constructed for consistent optical performance, it supports multimode OM4 fiber characteristics and is suitable for installation in patch panels, trunking and direct equipment interconnects where reliable multimode connectivity is required.

Advantages

This multimode OM4 patch cable delivers low insertion loss and controlled return loss through precision-terminated connectors and consistent fiber quality. Its 2-meter length makes it practical for connecting equipment within racks and between adjacent racks without excess slack. The MPO to 4xLC breakout format simplifies migration and port aggregation in high-density environments while maintaining multimode performance characteristics required for 40/100 Gb short-reach links. The blue jacket provides clear visual identification for multimode OM4 deployments.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the MPO end into the corresponding MPO trunk or cassette port, ensuring correct orientation and that the connector is clean before mating. Route the cable to the target enclosure or switch and connect each LC duplex pair to the appropriate LC ports or transceiver interfaces. Use gentle bends and maintain the cable bend radius recommended for multimode fiber to avoid attenuation. Verify optical links with appropriate diagnostic tools after installation to confirm loss and continuity meet system requirements.

Recommendations

Before deployment, inspect and clean all connector endfaces with suitable fiber cleaning tools. Use MPO cassettes or patch panels for organized breakout and strain relief. For best performance in 40/100 Gb applications, keep run lengths within the multimode OM4 reach specifications and avoid excessive bends or mechanical stress on the fiber.
