Haut-parleur Monacor SPE-150/WS

The Monacor SPE-150/WS is a wired loudspeaker designed for unobtrusive installation in ceilings, walls and vehicle doors. It delivers 15 W nominal power through a single 4 Ω driver with a frequency response of 100–12,000 Hz and a sensitivity of 89 dB. The slimline white housing with a fixed metal grille provides a discreet appearance while offering clear mid-range and high-frequency reproduction for background music and speech applications.

Advantages

The speaker combines a dual-cone driver in a slimline design with a fixed metal grille for durability and consistent sound dispersion. Its compact dimensions and 4 Ω impedance make it compatible with a wide range of wired amplifiers and public-address equipment. The neutral white finish allows easy visual integration into different interiors or vehicle door panels.

Suitable for

• Background music in shops, offices and cafés
• Public-address systems and paging
• Vehicle door audio upgrades
• Ceiling- or wall-mounted audio in halls and corridors

Key specifications

• Power rating: 15 W (nominal)
• Frequency range: 100–12,000 Hz
• Impedance: 4 Ω
• Sensitivity: 89 dB
• Driver: single dual-cone
• Finish: white housing with fixed metal grille
• Mounting: ceiling, wall or car door

How to use

Install the loudspeaker into the chosen ceiling, wall or vehicle door cut-out following standard wiring and mounting practices. Connect the speaker to a compatible amplifier or PA output that can drive a 4 Ω load and observe the nominal 15 W power rating to avoid overloading. Ensure secure mechanical mounting behind the grille and route speaker cable to minimize interference and maintain a clean installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, match the speaker to an amplifier that provides stable power for a 4 Ω load and keep volume within the nominal power range. Use multiple units for even coverage in larger spaces and place them evenly across the ceiling or walls to reduce hotspots. Regularly check mounting and wiring when used in vehicles to prevent loosening from vibration.
