Imprimante de cartes plastique Evolis Tattoo2 RW

The Evolis Tattoo2 RW is a single-sided rewritable plastic card printer designed to update card information quickly and sustainably. It prints monochrome data on rewritable cards using thermochromic material, allowing the same card to be erased and reprinted up to 500 times. The printer supports encoding on magnetic stripes and contactless smart cards and is compatible with Windows 7, Vista and XP. Its compact design and low weight make it suitable for reception desks, ticket outlets and other points of issue where frequent card updates are required.

Advantages

Tattoo2 RW delivers fast erase-and-print cycles, enabling updated information to be applied in a matter of seconds. The rewritable technology removes the need for printing ribbons, reducing consumable costs and waste. The printer is built for everyday use with a reliable print head and a limited two-year warranty on the printer and print head (subject to conditions). It supports magnetic and contactless encoding while remaining compact and lightweight for easy placement in customer-facing environments.

Use Evolis-compatible rewritable cards and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for card handling to ensure optimal lifetime (up to 500 cycles) and to respect the warranty terms. Maintain the printer and print head according to the maintenance schedule and avoid using abrasive cleaners. Verify compatibility of encoding formats with your access control or payment systems before deployment.
