How to use

Place A4 sheets inside the folder and close it along the fold to keep papers flat and protected. Use one folder per subject or project to maintain organized files and prevent mixed paperwork. Store folders upright on a shelf or stacked in a drawer; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to maintain cardboard integrity. For transporting multiple folders, use a carrier or briefcase to prevent bending or edge wear.

Recommendations

Use contrasting colours for different subjects or clients to improve retrieval speed. For long-term storage of important documents, consider combining this folder with plastic sleeves to protect against humidity and ink transfer. Replace folders that show significant wear to ensure continued protection of contents.
