Perforatrice Herlitz 1610880 bleue

The Herlitz 1610880 hole punch Blue is a compact, easy-to-use two-hole punch designed for everyday office and home paperwork. It reliably punches up to 25 sheets of standard 80 g/m² paper at once and aligns sheets for consistent hole placement. The device features a blue finish and a small footprint that fits on crowded desks or in stationery drawers. Its design balances portability with sufficient capacity for light to moderate use.

Advantages

The hole punch offers straightforward manual operation with a comfortable lever action and a built-in paper guide to ensure accurate spacing. A detachable chip tray collects paper waste for quick emptying and keeps the workspace tidy. Durable metal punching heads provide consistent performance while the molded plastic housing reduces weight and makes the unit easy to carry. Its ability to punch up to 25 sheets saves time compared with single-sheet or lower-capacity models.

Suitable for

• Small offices and home workspaces
• Teachers and classroom preparation
• Personal document filing and archiving
• Light administrative tasks and paperwork batching

Key specifications

• Punch capacity: up to 25 sheets (80 g/m²)
• Hole configuration: two holes for standard ring binders
• Material: metal punching heads with plastic body
• Color: blue finish
• Waste collection: removable chip tray
• Dimensions: compact footprint suitable for small desks

How to use

Place the stack of paper on the base, align the edge against the integrated paper guide, and adjust the guide if precise margin placement is required. Press down on the lever with steady pressure until the punches penetrate the paper stack. Release the lever and remove the punched sheets. Periodically empty the removable chip tray to maintain clean operation and check that punching heads remain free of debris. For thicker stacks, reduce the number of sheets to avoid jamming or excessive force.

Recommendations

Use standard office paper (80 g/m²) and avoid attempting to punch more than the rated capacity. Empty the chip tray regularly and store the hole punch on a flat surface. For prolonged use sessions, allow short pauses to prevent overheating of components and ensure consistent punching quality.
