Connect the earbuds to your device using the usual Bluetooth pairing workflow; pairing and audio features are supported by the Apple H2 chip. Use on-ear buttons or voice commands to play/pause, skip tracks, adjust volume with the tactile volume rocker, and answer calls. Enable or disable heart rate monitoring and Adaptive EQ in compatible fitness or companion apps. Place the earbuds in the charging case to recharge; use wireless charging or the wired option if available. For a quick boost, charge for five minutes to gain approximately 90 minutes of playback.

Recommendations

For reliable heart rate data during workouts, ensure the sensors have skin contact and the fit is snug. Clean ear tips regularly and select the correct size for optimal noise isolation and comfort. Although IPX4 resists sweat and light rain, avoid submerging the earbuds or exposing them to high‑pressure water.
