Crayon graphite Herlitz 8670564 12 pièces

The Herlitz 8670564 graphite pencil set contains 12 wooden pencils designed for everyday writing, sketching and technical drawing. Manufactured from sustainably sourced timber certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) 100%, these pencils deliver smooth, consistent lines and a reliable core hardness suitable for general use. The classic cylindrical shape and balanced weight provide predictable handling for students, office workers and artists who need an economical, eco-conscious pencil option.

Advantages

These Herlitz graphite pencils combine FSC-certified wood construction with a uniform graphite core that resists breakage under normal pressure. The smooth laydown of graphite ensures even shading and legible handwriting while the standard barrel size fits most pencil sharpeners and holders. The set of 12 offers a practical supply for classrooms, studios or home offices and supports responsible forestry through its sustainable materials.

Suitable for

• Schoolwork and note-taking
• Sketching and preliminary drawings
• Technical sketches and simple drafts
• Everyday office use and forms

Key specifications

• Quantity: 12 pencils per set
• Material: wooden barrel from sustainably managed forests (FSC-certified)
• Core type: graphite, medium hardness suitable for general-purpose use
• Shape: round/cylindrical for comfortable grip
• Finish: lacquered exterior for durability and easy sharpening

How to use

Sharpen the pencil with a standard sharpener until the graphite point reaches the desired length for the task. For writing, use a moderate angle and light pressure to preserve the point; for sketching or shading, vary pressure and stroke direction to achieve different tones. Store pencils in a dry place and avoid dropping them repeatedly to minimize core breakage. When the point dulls, resharpen and continue working.

Recommendations

Use these pencils with a quality sharpener and a soft eraser for the best results. For detailed technical work, test the pencil on scrap paper to confirm the line weight and adjust sharpening or pressure as needed.
