Repose-pieds WEDO 275 5037

The WEDO 275 5037 foot rest is a compact ergonomics accessory designed to support feet and improve seated posture. Constructed from durable rubber and a steel frame, the unit measures 550 mm wide, 350 mm deep and 130 mm high. Its stable platform and slightly textured rubber surface reduce slippage and provide reliable support for prolonged sitting in office or home environments.

Advantages

The combination of rubber and steel delivers durability and a non-slip surface that maintains position under varying pressure. The 550 × 350 × 130 mm footprint provides a broad support area without occupying excessive floor space. By elevating the feet to a comfortable height, the foot rest helps reduce strain on the lower back and legs and contributes to improved circulation during extended periods of sitting.

Suitable for

• Office workstations where improved posture and foot support are needed
• Home offices for remote work and study setups
• Users seeking a simple, sturdy foot support to reduce fatigue during long sitting sessions

Key specifications

• Materials: rubber surface with steel frame
• Width: 550 mm
• Depth: 350 mm
• Height: 130 mm
• Surface texture: non-slip rubber
• Intended use: under-desk foot support for seated posture improvement

How to use

Place the foot rest on a flat, stable floor under your desk so your feet can rest comfortably on the platform. Sit with your back supported by the chair and place both feet on the surface so that knees are at a roughly 90-degree angle or slightly more open depending on personal comfort. Adjust your chair height if necessary to achieve a natural alignment of hips, knees and ankles. The textured rubber surface prevents slipping and allows slight foot movement for comfort during long work periods.

Recommendations

For best results, use the foot rest whenever seated for extended intervals and combine it with an adjustable chair and proper desk height to maintain neutral spinal alignment. Regularly vary foot position and take short standing breaks to promote circulation.
