How to use

Assemble the grinder according to the instruction booklet included in the package, placing the chosen cutting sieve and blade onto the shaft and securing the head. Feed trimmed meat into the feed tray and use the plunger to press meat toward the screw. Select forward or reverse and adjust grind power as needed. For sausage making, attach the sausage horn and fill using a steady, controlled feed. After use, disassemble the removable parts and clean them according to the manual.

Recommendations

Trim excess fat, sinew and connective tissue before grinding for consistent results. Do not overload the motor; let the grinder run in reverse briefly if pieces become stuck. Clean and dry all metal parts after washing to prevent corrosion.
