Câble Ethernet ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 5 m vert

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable (5 m) with RJ-45 connectors on both ends is designed for wired networking in home and office environments. Constructed with copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors of AWG 26 and a PVC jacket, the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and comes in green color.

Advantages

This CAT6 U/UTP cable offers an economical balance between performance and cost by using CCA conductors while maintaining compatibility with Gigabit Ethernet. Reinforced strain relief and latch protection on the RJ-45 plugs increase durability and ensure secure connections during installation and regular use.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches at home
• Office desktop networking and point-to-point links
• Structured cabling for small networks and temporary setups

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs)
• Jacket material: PVC
• Colour: Green
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Weight: 0.128 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch or PC) and the other to the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors click into place using the latch protection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression; secure it with cable ties or clips if needed. For optimal Gigabit performance, use compliant ports and devices supporting 1000Base-T.

Recommendations

Use this ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA cable for standard Ethernet links where cost-effective wiring is required. Avoid long runs beyond typical structured-cabling practices and do not use in environments requiring full shielded cables or where maximum copper conductivity is critical.
