How to use

Open the binder rings and align punched A4 papers or plastic sleeves before closing the rings to secure contents. Use the reinforced spine to label or insert a spine label if required for easy identification on shelves. Store the binder upright on shelving or flat in storage boxes; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain colour integrity. For heavy contents, distribute documents evenly to prevent deformation of the spine.

Recommendations

For best results, use A4 punched paper or compatible transparent sleeves and avoid overfilling beyond the 52 mm spine capacity. Wipe the polypropylene cover with a soft damp cloth to remove dust. When archiving for long periods, place the binder in a dry, ventilated area to reduce humidity exposure and preserve the material and any inserted documents.
