Datalogic PowerScan PBT9501-DPM EVO - lecteur de codes-barres

In demanding industrial environments, standard barcode scanners often fail to read direct part marks (DPM) on metal, plastic, or rubber surfaces, leading to errors and downtime. The Datalogic PowerScan PBT9501-DPM EVO solves this with a rugged 2D area imager specifically engineered for DPM decoding, combined with Bluetooth wireless freedom and extreme durability.

Who is it for

This scanner is built for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations that require reliable reading of etched, dot-peen, or laser-marked codes, even when damaged or low-contrast. It suits workers who need mobility up to 100 meters from the base, with all-day battery life and resistance to harsh conditions.

Main features

• 2D area imager with wide VGA sensor (752 x 480 pixels) and white LED illumination for reading 1D, 2D, postal, stacked, and direct part marks (DPM).
• Bluetooth 4.0 Class 1 wireless technology with up to 100 m range, ensuring seamless data transmission in large facilities.
• Rugged design: IP65 sealing against dust and water, withstands 2.5 m drops onto concrete, and operates from -20°C to 50°C.
• High-capacity 3350 mAh lithium-ion battery delivers up to 100,000 reads per charge, with a 4-hour recharge time.
• 4-dot aimer with center cross for precise targeting, motion tolerance of 25 IPS, and minimum print contrast of 15%.
• Compatible with multiple host interfaces via cradle: USB, RS-232, Keyboard Wedge, and Ethernet.
