Attach the detachable non-stick plate if required, switch on the unit and set the desired temperature using the adjustable thermostat; wait until the temperature control light indicates readiness. Pour a thin layer of batter onto the 35 cm surface and spread evenly with the included spreader. Cook until browned to your preference, then lift the crêpe with the spatula. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance, allow it to cool, then remove the plate for cleaning according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
