Boîte d'archives Herlitz 11409000 couleur menthe

The Herlitz 11409000 box file in mint colour is a transparent polypropylene (PP) storage folder designed to hold A4 documents. Its semi-rigid construction protects papers from folding and moisture while allowing quick visual identification of contents. The single-piece pack is lightweight for easy handling and suitable for both home and office filing systems, offering a practical way to keep invoices, reports and reference material together.

Advantages

The polypropylene material provides water resistance and tear resistance compared with standard cardboard files, while the transparent surface enables you to see labels or first pages without opening the file. The box file's slim spine keeps shelf space usage efficient, and the durable finish resists stains and scuffs from regular handling. Its neutral mint colour adds a subtle visual cue for colour-coded organization without being distracting.

Suitable for

• Archiving and storing A4 documents such as invoices, contracts and reports
• Colour-coded filing systems in offices and at home
• Portable document transport between meetings or classrooms
• Protecting frequently-used paperwork from wear and moisture

Key specifications

• Material: transparent polypropylene (PP)
• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Colour: mint
• Construction: semi-rigid box file design for upright storage
• Pack contents: single unit

How to use

Place A4 sheets or punched documents into the file and close it for upright shelf storage or transport. Use an adhesive or inserted paper label on the spine or front to identify contents; the transparent cover lets you check the first page without removing documents. For best results, keep frequently accessed papers near the front and avoid overfilling to maintain shape and ease of handling.

Recommendations

Store the file upright on a shelf in a dry location away from direct sunlight to minimize colour fading. Clean the polypropylene surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. For long-term archiving, use acid-free sleeves or folders inside the box file to further protect sensitive documents.
