Disque à tronçonner Dremel SC545DM – droit, 38,1 mm, 1 pièce (2615S545DM)

The Dremel SC545DM Cutter is a diamond-coated cutting wheel from the Dremel Max accessory line, engineered for extended durability and consistent performance. With a working diameter of 38.1 mm and compatibility with the EZ SpeedClic system, this accessory is suited for demanding DIY and professional cutting tasks in hard and abrasive materials.

Advantages

The diamond coating covers the entire cutting surface, providing significantly longer life—up to three times longer than the regular 545 wheel—while producing smooth and precise cuts. The SC545DM is designed for quick, keyless accessory changes via the EZ SpeedClic system and delivers reliable performance at high speeds (up to 35,000 RPM).

Suitable for

• Cutting marble and granite
• Cutting concrete, brick and aerated concrete
• Cutting porcelain, ceramic and tile
• Cutting hard epoxy and plasterboard
• Light cuts in soft or hard wood

How to use

Fit the SC545DM onto the SC402 EZ SpeedClic mandrel and secure it using the EZ SpeedClic PULL – TWIST – RELEASE sequence for keyless accessory changes. Perform cuts using the edge of the wheel and maintain a steady two-handed (golf) grip for control. Do not apply excessive force; allow the diamond-coated wheel to cut at its own pace and avoid exceeding the maximum RPM stated for your rotary tool.

Recommendations

For best results, use light, steady pressure and keep the tool at the recommended speed. For tight or awkward spaces, pair the cutter with the Dremel 575 Right Angle Attachment. The cutter is suitable for cutting tiles up to 12.7 mm thick.
