How to use

Install the straight bit into a router or laminate trimmer following the tool manufacturer's instructions and secure it in the collet to the recommended torque. Set the cutting depth to not exceed the 8 mm working length in a single pass; make multiple shallow passes for deeper grooves. Use steady feed rates and appropriate router speed for the wood type to avoid burning or chipping. Wear eye and hearing protection and follow all safety precautions for power tool use.

Recommendations

For best results, perform several light passes rather than removing the full depth at once, use sharp bits and appropriate feed speed for the material, and ensure the collet is clean and the bit is properly tightened before use.
