How to use

Insert A4 sheets between the flaps to separate different document groups, then fold the front over and secure with the elastic band to keep contents in place. For best results, distribute papers evenly among the flaps to avoid overfilling and to maintain shape.

Recommendations

Store the folder flat or upright on a shelf to prevent bending; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the cardboard. Replace the folder if the elastic band loses tension to ensure documents remain secure.
