Enceinte 2 voies Behringer 1C-BK 100 W

The Behringer 1C-BK 2-way Loudspeaker is a passive studio monitor designed for PC and fixed-installation use. With wired connectivity and 100 W RMS power handling, this compact black speaker delivers a full-range audio response from 60 Hz to 23 kHz across a 2.0-channel configuration. The speaker integrates a 5.5" woofer with a lightweight cellulose cone and a high-resolution 0.5" tweeter, plus a phase-optimized crossover and auto-overload protection for reliable operation in multimedia, home studio and installation environments.

Advantages

The combination of a powerful 5.5" woofer and a precise 0.5" tweeter provides clear reproduction of low and high frequencies with low distortion. A high-precision crossover ensures phase linearity while built-in auto-overload protection safeguards the tweeter and resets automatically after overload events. Rugged construction and high-quality components support long service life, and the included mounting bracket enables wall or ceiling installation for flexible placement.

Suitable for

• Home recording studios and multimedia production
• Fixed installations in small venues, restaurants and retail spaces
• Stereo and surround-sound setups where compact monitors are required
• Desktop or bookshelf monitoring for PC-based audio work

How to use

Connect the Behringer 1C-BK to a compatible amplifier or receiver with appropriate speaker-level wiring, observing correct polarity for left and right channels. Position the speakers on stands, shelves or install them using the included bracket at ear level for best direct sound. Start with moderate amplifier gain and gradually increase to the desired listening level; the built-in auto-overload protection will protect the tweeter from transient overloads. Regularly check mounting hardware and cable connections to ensure safe operation.

Recommendations

Place the monitors symmetrically relative to the listening position and allow some distance from walls to reduce bass reinforcement. Use them with an amplifier matched to the speakers' power handling and avoid prolonged clipping or distortion. For critical monitoring, allow a short break-in period and adjust room acoustics or positioning to obtain the most accurate frequency balance.
